Where are you located? can I come to the studio?
We have a small home studio located in Cambridge, Waikato, New Zealand.
Unfortunately, due to the nature of resin we are unable to open our studio up to the public, you are more than welcome to drop off your inclusions or pick up your completed keepsake however.
What are your colour options?
Your piece is fully customisable.

What are your rings made of and where are they made?
We have gone for quality in our rings and pendants. Using Anthony at The Goldsmith Gallery in Hamilton, we have designed 3 stunning rings, a mens ring and a pendant that we are so proud of!
They are made from sterling silver and 9ct gold (rose gold, yellow gold, white gold etc). Your ring is made to order and in the shape and size for your finger.
Do your beads fit Pandora style bracelets, and what are the cores made of?
Yes they certainly do. Our bead cores are sterling silver.

How do I send my inclusion to you?

You can send us your inclusions from anywhere in NZ.
Please note we aren't accepting international orders at this time.
Can I drop my inclusion off to you if I live locally?
Yes absolutely, please make contact to arrange a time. You are more than welcome to pick up your keepsake upon completion too.
I have Embryo straws I would like made into a keepsake, is that possible?
Yes! Absolutely. We are very excited to be able to now offer this for IVF families. We work with a local funeral home and arrange for your straws to be cremated so we can then use the cremation ash to turn into a special keepsake for you.
Do you offer early pregnancy loss keepsakes?
Yes we do. In order for us to be able to use the tissue to turn into a keepsake for you, we need to dehydrate it and turn it into a powder form.
Due to a loss, we waive the additional $50 fee for this process for you.
Please note - if your tissue has been preserved in formalin, we are unable to work with it as it is hazardous to us. However we may be able to offer cremation of the tissue instead of dehydration.
What items can be included in my keepsake?
All sorts really! Breastmilk/formula, cremation ashes, embryo straws, early pregnancy loss, placenta powder, umbilical cord, locks of hair, dried flowers, sand, soil, notes/handwriting etc etc. We welcome any suggestions you may have.
How do you handle my inclusion?
We are very careful with your precious inclusions. We name everything and keep it all together right up until we send your keepsake back to you.
What do you do with leftovers from my inclusion?
If there is anything left over, we send it back to you along with your new piece(s)
How long will it take to make my keepsake?
Current wait times:
Beads - 6 - 8 weeks

Please allow for an additional wait period during busy times, although we strive to get your item(s) completed as soon as we can.
I have a frozen placenta and would like jewellery made from it, can you offer this?
Yes, we just require a small portion of your placenta to be turned into powder. We can do this for you for a cost of $50. Jewellery is then an additional cost ontop of this amount.
I'd like an umbilical cord bead but the cord stump from my babys belly button is really old, is that still ok to use?
The older the better! We can make them from any age cord stump
My resin jewellery has some tiny pin holes/bubbles in it, what are they?
This is typical of resin, some tiny bubbles/pin holes may occur in your piece when casting. We like to embrace these as they make your peice even more unique! We do try not to get these, however very occasionally they do occur. If we have enough of your inclusion to remake it, we certainly will. Please remember that these are hand made items, not made with a machine like many store bought items.
What are your terms + conditions?
By purchasing a piece of keepsake jewellery from us, you understand the following:
Payment must be received in full before we start crafting your item.
Please choose carefully when deciding on colours/fleck/inclusions for your piece. We do not refund/replace if you simply change your mind.​
Placement of your inclusions, such as hair/ashes/cord may not be exactly where you had envisioned. Resin allows for the inclusions to settle, and therefore we cannot guarantee where they will end up in your piece.
Please note: Due to the different individual, unique, texture and colours of hair and pet fur, your colour choice may impact the visibility of the hair/fur in the final look of your piece. Lighter shades can be harder to see, keep in mind that the hair/fur will look like what it does when it is wet when choosing your colour selection, we will do our best to accommodate you but cannot guarantee 100% visibility for these factors. If you have any questions please don’t hesitate to ask.
No two items will ever be the same as these are hand made items. We can try to make something similar to one of our examples, however they will never be identical.
If you receive your piece and are not satisfied with it, please make contact within 7 days of receiving it to advise of the issues. If there is a manufacturing fault with the piece we will need to have it retuned to us within 14 days for us to remake the item for you.
We will not be held responsible for any inclusions/items lost in the post. Please ensure you send your inclusions to us in the TRACKED courier bag. Your item will be returned to you TRACKED and this information will be given to you at the time of sending.
Small imperfections such as air bubbles may occur in your piece. Please remember these are HAND MADE, not machine made, therefore sometimes tiny imperfections can occur.
All sales are final and no refunds will be given

We will not be held responsible for any damage or leakage to the inclusions from incorrect packaging in transit.

Do you offer gift cards?
Yes we do, head over to the Gift Card tab and there you can purchase an eGift card. Upon payment you will receive an email with a unique gift card code to use at checkout. Vouchers expire 12 months after purchase.
