After you submit the form below, you will receive an email immediately from us with all instructions you need on inclusion packaging and postage information.

Please check your JUNK or SPAM folder incase you don't receive it and it has gone there instead.

Please do not send the the very last of your inclusion(s) if you are sending via post, we recommend you send it in a TRACKED courier bag.

​We ask if you can please double check the address used on your order form as its the address we will use to send you your completed piece, it's important to us it arrives to you safely.

Your wait time starts from when we receive your inclusions.

**Due to our current workload, all keepsakes have a 6 - 8 week turn around period, if you need your keepsake by a certain timeframe please let us know in the message box below or email us to let us know and we will do our best to accommodate you.**

Please allow for an additional wait period during busy times, although we strive to get your item(s) completed as soon as we can.
