After you submit the form below, you will receive an email immediately from us with all instructions on inclusion packaging, postage information and payment details will also be provided - an invoice will follow shortly after where you can pay directly online or via bank deposit.
We will email further with any questions we may have, for example, ring size and shape you require.

Please do not send the the very last of your inclusion(s) if you are sending via post, we recommend you send it in a TRACKED courier bag.
We ask if you can please double check the address used on your order form as its the address we will use to send you your completed piece, it's important to us it arrives to you safely.

Your wait time starts from when we receive your inclusions.
**For the next little while, all keepsakes have an 8 - 10 week turn around period while on maternity leave, if you need your keepsake by a certain timeframe please let us know in the message box below or email us to let us know and we will do our best to accommodate you.**
Please allow for an additional wait period during busy times, although we strive to get your item(s) completed as soon as we can.
